How an order runs
Five steps, one person to call.
Every order follows the same path, and you always know which step you’re on. Your production lead sends an update every week until the goods are with you.
01 · 2 business days
Brief & quote
Send a tech pack, a sketch or a garment you like. We reply within one business day, and your first quote follows within two business days of getting what we need.
02 · 2–3 weeks a round
Sampling
We source fabric and trims and make your first samples. You check the fit, we adjust, and nothing moves on until you sign off.
03 · 45–60 days
Production
Bulk production starts once you approve the pre-production sample. We check the line while it runs, not just at the end.
04 · Before it ships
Inspection
An inspector pulls a random sample from the finished goods and checks it against your spec. You see the report and photos before you pay the balance.
05 · By sea or air
Delivery
FOB to your forwarder, or delivered to your door with duties paid. We handle the paperwork either way.
Our standards
Measure twice, cut once.
It’s the oldest rule in carpentry and in tailoring, and it’s how we run every order.
- 01
Quotes you can read
Fabric, trims, making, packing and freight, priced line by line. If a cost changes, you hear why before you approve it.
- 02
One production lead
One person owns your order from brief to delivery. They know your styles, and they answer your emails.
- 03
Checked before it ships
Every order gets a final random inspection against your spec, with a written report and photos, before you pay the balance.
- 04
Your designs stay yours
We’ll sign your NDA before you send a file, and we never show your styles to anyone else.
Who we work with
Made for brands of every size.
From a first production run to a retailer’s private-label program, the process is the same. Only the cartons get bigger.
New brands
Your first production run, with help on tech packs, sizing and costing, so you don’t pay for the same mistake twice.
Growing labels
A new category, a second source, or more capacity for the style that’s taking off.
Retailers
Private-label programs with steady repeats, consistent fit, and cartons labeled the way your warehouse wants them.
Companies & teams
Uniforms, workwear and merch people actually want to wear, with your branding done properly.
